- Get Ready: Have boiling water, cold water, and a timer ready.
- Soften the Mouthpiece: Submerge the mouthpiece in boiling water for 40 seconds.
- Create Your Custom Fit: Let it air-cool for 5-10 seconds so it's safe to put in your mouth, then bite down firmly for 10 seconds.
- Set the Shape: Drop it into cold water to lock the shape. (You can repeat this process up to 3 times for the perfect fit).
- Care: Clean daily after use and store dry.
