  3. Create Your Custom Fit: Let it air-cool for 5-10 seconds so it's safe to put in your mouth, then bite down firmly for 10 seconds.
  4. Set the Shape: Drop it into cold water to lock the shape. (Not a perfect fit? You can re-boil and remold up to 3 times).
  5. Care: Clean daily after use and store dry.
